- Steptorun.com offers a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you should decide after you receive your order that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know (support@steptorun.com) and we will setup an exchange or refund for you.

- Please note the following conditions must be met to complete a refund or exchange:

- 1. All refund/exchange requests must be completed within 30 days of your delivery date. Please send your request to (support@steptorun.com) Once we receive your request, you will receive a return/exchange authorization from us. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted without a return authorization.

- 2. Returned items must be shipped back NEW and in SALEABLE condition. Any literature or accessories that were included in the original order must also be returned.

- 3. All returns/exchanges must be shipped back double boxed and in its original packaging.(original shoebox) Returns/Exchanges using the original shoebox as a shipping box will not be accepted.

- 4. We will accept all defective product within the 30 day return guarantee. But please note, all defective returns will be given exchange only.

- 5. All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. Should you choose to return/exchange an item, please note that our shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Should you receive the wrong size or style to the order that was placed, please contact customer service (support@sucream.com).

- Lost and damaged shipping claims are done through UPS or USPS. Please allow 2-4 weeks to finalize the claim and for the money to be refunded.
