Can I track my order?

Yes. All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS or UPS tracking number. To track your package, go to the link below, enter your tracking number, and press the "track" button to get shipment details.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-7 business days for standard shipping. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has an issue with shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Your order may be delivered by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by UPS with tracking. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by USPS so the parcel will be received with your regular mail. A signature is required for all orders over $100 that are purchased from Steptorun so if you are not able to sign for delivery, a notice card will be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?

We do not accept payments by check, money orders, or wire transfers.We do accept payments through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?

No. We currently only accept orders from residents in the United States.
