Return Policy

We are committed to provide the best customer service If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund in regards to our return policy below:

  • Within 60 days of purchased date.
  • UNWORN in new condition (no visible wear or tear)
  • With the original shoe box and tags included.
  • Shipped double boxed (Just as they were shipped to you).

Returns shipped back using the original shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes showing normal wear and tear from outdoor usage will not be accepted or refunded.

To ensure shoes are returned in new condition, we ask that you first try them on in an indoor carpeted area to determine if there are any fit concerns.

Refunds can only be issued for the original merchandise price you paid - any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the item has been received, please allow 7-10 business days for refund to be issued. Refunds will be credited back to the same method used to make the original payment.
